The other night I needed to just make Lils dinner and I had all this left over Ham from Easter sitting in my refrigerator so I busted out with this yummy Mickey D's breakfast sandwich. Jage and I kept sneaking bites from her.
Ingredients:
Sourdough English Muffins
Eggs
Ham ( already cooked and cut up)
Ketchup or Salsa
Chedder Cheese
I toasted the English muffin with cheese on top in the oven on broil. I then added ketchup onto the muffin. I scrambled up the eggs and placed them inside the muffin. Layer with some cooked ham. It was so yummy. I felt like I was eating some breakfast sandwich from McDonalds.
We had these for dinner tonight. Thanks for reminding me how good they are. They're also really delicious (and probably deadly) on croissants. Mmmm.
