Simple Cheesy Manicotti

I got this right off of the box and we loved it. So glad I found a recipe I loved. I had tried one awhile back and was so disappointed.
Ingredients:
Manicotti Shells
1 -3/4 Cups ( 15 oz. container) part skim Ricotta cheese
2 C. ( 8 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
3 C. Spaghetti Sauce

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Lay flat on foil to cool. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, stir together cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper; spoon into cooled pasta tubes. Spread thin layer of sauce on bottom of 13x 9x 2-inch baking dish, arrange filled pasta in single layer over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over pasta;cover with foil. Bake 40 minutes. Remove foil;bake 15 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly. Makes 6-8 servings.
