YOU WILL NEED:

2-3 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 (8-ounce) bottle Russian salad dressing
1 cup apricot jam
3/4 bag package dry onion soup mix

Place chicken in greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Combine the dressing, jam, and onion soup mix and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour. Makes 2-3 servings
We really loved this dish. It was almost like a sweet and sour chicken. So easy if you just remember to pick up the few things at the grocery store.

We love this dish, except we use Catalina dressing. YUMMY
