Crockpot Cranberry Chicken


My SIL Jenny gave me this recipe and I love it. So easy and simple. It's a crockpot one!

Ingredients:
4 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can whole cranberries
1 package onion soup mix
Rice

Directions:
Throw everything into the crockpot on high for 2.5 hours and then shred the chicken with two forks and cook for another 20 minutes or so. Serve over rice! Hearty and so good. I opened up a can of mandarin oranges to eat along with it and both Jage and I ended up putting the oranges on top of the chicken and rice. It was really tasty!
