Mom's Cinn Rolls


" Ohhhhhh, Ahhhhhh, Mmmmmmm" is all I have to say. I dream of these puppies in my sleep. This is what Mom makes Christmas morning and for other special events like Gen. conference, Easter, etc etc. Here is the best Cinn. Rolls ever. Cinnabon you've got nothin on my Mama. This is the recipe for dinner rolls as well.

Ingredients:

FEATHER ROLLS


SCALD THE FOLLOWING:

1 CUBE BUTTER 1 C. MILK

½ C. SUGAR 1 TSP. SALT


MICROWAVE 1 POTATOE; PEE; PUREE POTATO WITH ABAOVE LIQUID; POUR NITO MIXING BOWL, WITH 4 CUPS FLOUR. MIX WELL; ADD 3 EGGGS; MIX WELL.


SOFTEN 2-3 PKS (5-6 TSP) DRY YEAST IN ½ CUP WARM WATER. ADD TO ABOVE. CONTINUE TO ADD MORE FLOUR UNTIL MIXTURE PULLS AWAY FROM SIDES OF BOWL. COVER AND RISE UNTIL DOUBLE IN WARM LOCATION. FORM ROLLS INTO DESIRED SHAPES.


DINNER ROLLS: roll into circle, cut with glass. Dip end of each roll in butter, seal around two fingers. Rise on cookie sheet until double. Bake about 12 min. at 350.


Cinnamon Rolls: Roll into rectangle; spread with melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nuts, and raisins. Roll Jelly-roll style, slicing 1 inch thick. Rise until double, bake 12 mins. 350. Frost with: 1 box powdered sugar (3 cups), 1 pk cream cheese, 1 cube butter, whipped well.
